1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website fractional-institute.com(the “Website”) and the services, programmes, and content offered through it (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Fractional Global F.Z.E., a Free Zone Establishment registered in the United Arab Emirates (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “the Company”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or Services.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for professionals aged 18 and over. By using the Website and submitting an application, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Use of the Website
The Website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate applications to The Fractional Institute’s certification programme. You agree to:
- Use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms or applications
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its servers, or connected systems
- Not use the Website to transmit malicious software, spam, or any content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable
4. Application & Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into any programme or cohort. All applications are reviewed individually, and acceptance is at the sole discretion of The Fractional Institute.
We reserve the right to decline any application without providing reasons. Waitlist registration does not confer any right of admission or priority of acceptance.
5. Programme & Certification
Programme structure, curriculum, schedule, pricing, and certification criteria are subject to change. Details published on the Website are indicative and may be updated as the programme develops, particularly during the Founding Cohort phase.
Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all programme requirements as determined by The Fractional Institute. The “Fractional Institute Certified” credential and associated designations remain subject to our certification policies.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the “Fractional Institute Certified” credential design, brand elements, and software, is the property of Fractional Global F.Z.E. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Website, you consent to the practices described therein.
