Certification
A credential built to travel with your practice.
Not a badge you purchase. A professional standard designed to become more valuable as your fractional career develops.
The first credential awarded by the Institute. Designed for senior executives entering or refining fractional practice, it is awarded after successful programme completion, assessment, and case-study submission.
The practitioner tier for graduates with live client work behind them. Progression is based on documented engagements, ethics attestation, and peer review, so the designation reflects real practice rather than attendance alone.
Reserved for experienced practitioners who can evidence sustained fractional practice, peer recognition, and contribution to the profession through mentoring, teaching, or thought leadership.
What The Credential Signals
What potential students need to know.
You complete the programme with a formal Institute credential, not a certificate of attendance.
It is designed to signal assessed capability, professional standards, and seriousness about fractional practice.
The Institute plans to strengthen external recognition over time without overstating what has already been achieved.
Accreditation
Transparent about where we are.
Students should know two things: the credential is awarded by the Institute from launch, and further recognition will be added in stages as it is formally secured.
Students complete the programme with a formal credential issued by the Fractional Institute.
The Institute intends to add recognised external validation for the learning experience as it develops.
Additional accreditation and recognition will be pursued in stages as the Institute grows.
