What This Means
Not the first cohort. The founding one.
Most programmes launch with a defined curriculum, a fixed format, and an established credential. The Founding Cohort is different.
Founding members have direct input into the curriculum, delivery format, and certification standards that will define the Institute for every cohort that follows. Their names will carry permanent founding member designation on all credentials.
This is not a marketing framing. It is the structural reality of launching a programme that does not yet exist in final form.
Ideal Founding Member
10 or more years of executive experience at VP, Director, or C-level
Currently working as a fractional executive, or actively transitioning
Committed to the full programme duration and willing to contribute feedback
Motivated by the credential, the cohort, and the network - not only the content
What Founding Members Receive
Four things no subsequent cohort will have.
On all credentials. In perpetuity. Every cohort that follows will know who built the standard.
Monthly feedback sessions with the Institute's leadership team during the programme.
The programme fee for subsequent cohorts will increase. Founding members pay the founding rate - and that rate never changes.
Before it opens to subsequent cohorts. A genuine head start on the most valuable part of the programme.
