Self-paced · 60–80 hours
Foundation

The mechanics of fractional work that no employer ever taught. Pricing models and rate-setting frameworks. Engagement scoping and boundary-setting. Managing three to five clients without losing any of them. Financial modelling for a fractional practice.

4–6 months · Monthly live intensives
Cohort Learning

The core of the programme. Monthly sessions with your cohort of 15 to 20 practitioners, facilitated by active fractional executives. Real engagement scenarios, cross-functional challenges, structured peer feedback.

Ongoing · Monthly sessions
Peer Forums

Confidential peer groups of 8. Structured in the model of YPO and Entrepreneurs' Organisation forums. Each session runs for 4 hours and follows a facilitated format: experience sharing, challenge processing, and collective problem-solving.

Role Specialisation

Six tracks, each designed for the specific demands of that fractional discipline: CFO, CTO, CMO, COO, CHRO, CEO. Each track goes deep into the challenges, client expectations, and operational realities specific to that role.

Capstone

A live client engagement. The graduation standard is not a presentation of what you learned - it is a demonstration of real business results delivered through a real fractional engagement.
