The core of the programme. Monthly sessions with your cohort of 15 to 20 practitioners, facilitated by active fractional executives. Real engagement scenarios, cross-functional challenges, structured peer feedback.
Confidential peer groups of 8. Structured in the model of YPO and Entrepreneurs' Organisation forums. Each session runs for 4 hours and follows a facilitated format: experience sharing, challenge processing, and collective problem-solving.
Six tracks, each designed for the specific demands of that fractional discipline: CFO, CTO, CMO, COO, CHRO, CEO. Each track goes deep into the challenges, client expectations, and operational realities specific to that role.
